Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Daniel has worked in Canada, the US and Mexico—bringing over 20 years’ experience in the culinary industry. Passionate about Latin and Mexican Cuisine, he was an integral part of the team that opened Fairmont Austin, which was awarded 2019 Accor NCA best Luxury Hotel and is now part of the team working on developing new Culinary concepts at Fairmont Mayakoba.
