Ingredients
- 1 pre-cooked Pastry Shell
- 300 G Pumpkin Puree
- 3 G Salt
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla
- 75 G Brown Sugar
- 3 G Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Nutmeg
- 20 G Cake Flour
- 100 G Eggs (20 pieces)
- 300 Ml Cream, 35%
- 45 G Butter, melted
Method
PUMPKIN PIE
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl except the butter.
- When combined, add slowly the melted butter mixing all the time.
- When thoroughly mixed, place into the pastry case.
- Cook at 325F until firm to the touch.
