Ingredients

  • 1 pre-cooked Pastry Shell
  • 300 G Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 G Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 75 G Brown Sugar
  • 3 G Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 20 G Cake Flour
  • 100 G Eggs (20 pieces)
  • 300 Ml Cream, 35%
  • 45 G Butter, melted

Method

PUMPKIN PIE

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl except the butter.
  3. When combined, add slowly the melted butter mixing all the time.
  4. When thoroughly mixed, place into the pastry case.
  5. Cook at 325F until firm to the touch.
